Supervisory board and Board of Directors changes

Konstantine Guntsadze appointed as a chairman of the supervisory board of JSC "Georgian Railway". Just appointed Oleg Bichiashvili - First Deputy Director will act as a CEO.

According to the decision of JSC "Partnership Fund", Konstantine Guntsadze has been appointed as a chairman of the supervisory board of JSC "Georgian Railway" and the number of supervisory board members is set at seven members. The board includes 3 non executive independent directors.

In addition, changes took place in the management of JSC "Georgian Railway":

Oleg Bichiashvili has been appointed as the first deputy of CEO (Chairman of the Board of Directors). He will also perform the duties of the General Director.

Mr. Bichiashvili is an experienced railway expert. He is thoroughly familiar with the specifics of railway sector and has several decades of working experience in Georgian Railway.

Guram Guramisvhili, an existing railway employee, has been appointed as a director of Infrastructure SBU, who has also en extensive working experience at the Georgian Railway.

Current Head of Operations Management Department, Grigol Samsonadze, has been added to Board of Managers of JSC "Georgian Railway".
