Synchronica delivered the software components to Sun on schedule in November2007. Having accepted the software, Sun will pay, in three equal instalments inFebruary, July and October 2008, an initial licence fee of US $1.8m for thefirst major version of the software and where applicable further licence fees ona per user per annum basis.
