Successful Court Ruling

Firestone Diamonds, the AIM-quoted diamond mining and exploration company, is pleased to report that following a Court Hearing in Maseru, Lesotho, yesterday, the Judge ruled that Firestone be returned the computer equipment from its Liqhobong Mine immediately following the removal by local police authorities on 16 January 2013.

The Company is satisfied with the outcome and would like to confirm that there has been no disruption or impact to the operations at the mine during this period as a result of the investigation.

Firestone Diamonds plc is an international diamond mining and exploration company with operations focused on Lesotho and Botswana.
