Successful cancellation of share premium account
Focus Solutions Group plc, a leading provider of proven enterprise solutions to the financial services market, is pleased to announce that it has, on 21 September 2009, received from Companies House the certificate of registration of the court order for the cancellation of share premium account. Accordingly the cancellation of share premium account is now effective.
