Substantial Shareholding Notification

Niger Uranium was notified on 13 May 2009 by NWT Uranium Corp.("NWT"), that NWT has a direct interest in 31,955,000 shares and an indirect interest in 6,294,321 shares, in aggregate totalling to 38,249,321 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 33.8% of Niger Uranium's issued share capital.
