22 May 2009 - NEOVIA FINANCIAL Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 21 May 2009 that as at close of business on 21 May 2009 Franklin Templeton Investments had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Franklin Templeton Investments holding a total of 5,011,900 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As at 21 May 2009, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
