Pursuit Dynamics PLC03 July 2006 3 July 2006 PURSUIT DYNAMICS plc ("Pursuit Dynamics", "Pursuit" or "the Company") SUBSIDIARY'S CONTRACT WIN Pursuit Dynamics, the developer and licenser of the innovative and patented PDX technology, which has applications across a broad range of industries, ispleased to announce that its wholly owned distributor, BPT Skerman Ltd, has wona contract to supply confectionery manufacturing equipment to a major UKconfectionery manufacturer. The contract value is £549,000 and will be invoicedto the prime contractor for the provision of the system. First payments,totalling £110,000, have already been received. BPT Skerman, acquired by Pursuit in March 2006, is a long-establisheddistributor and integrator of capital equipment and systems into the foodmanufacturing and beverage industries. Its customer base includes some of thesector's best-known companies. In December 2005, Pursuit grantedan exclusive global licence for FireMist to Tyco Fire & Building Products, adivision of Tyco International Ltd (NYSE: TYC; BSX: TYC), which is the worldleader in fire suppression. In July 2005, Pursuit announced the signing of a one year contract with DARPA, aUS governmental defence research agency to use its PDX(R) Basiliskdecontamination system. The system has a number of applications fordisinfection, human and animal healthcare and in the defence industry,principally in chemical and biological defence applications.
