Qonnectis plc01 June 2005 Qonnectis plc Change of name of subsidiaries Qonnectis plc ("Qonnectis" or "the Company"), the telematics and IT servicesprovider to the utility and business energy user markets, announces that it haschanged the names of certain key operating subsidiaries. The purpose of thisexercise is to take advantage of the growth in opportunities in the industry andto clarify the branding of its operating businesses to its two main customersegments - utilities and business energy users. Qonnectis Networks Ltd is the new name for Now! Networks Ltd, which focuses onthe provision of Qonnectis' communications and software technology directly toenergy and water utilities and other original equipment manufacturers (OEMs)wishing to integrate the Company's technology. myUtility Ltd is the new name for WebOrator Ltd which focuses on saving businessenergy and water consumers money by providing information services usingQonnectis' technology and its "www.myMeter.info" solution to remotely monitorand reduce their water/energy consumption and bills.
