Jade Road Investments Limited ("Jade Road" or the "Company"), an Investing Company quoted on AIM advises that further to its announcement on 28 April 2025 regarding a subscription agreement with Verus Financial Services Limited ('Verus') for £1 million that the subscription has not yet closed pending receipt of funds

An update on the closing and the admission date to Aim for the new shares will be provided once funds have been received
