Submission of Final Report to ZEMA for the Processing Plants

BMR Mining PLC, the Zambian-focused mineral processing business is pleased to announce that, on 17 December 2015, it filed the Final Report with the Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA), with a filing fee, in respect of the definitive Environmental Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for its tailings retreatment process and the construction of its planned Pilot and Main Treatment Plants in Kabwe.

The Final Report was completed after the Company received a formal 'No Objection' notice to submit the report to ZEMA, following their review of earlier drafts submitted by BMR's Consultant for comment and guidance. The ESIA has been submitted in the name of BMR's principal operating Zambian subsidiary, Enviro Processing Limited.

During the period of ZEMA's approval process of the ESIA, detailed design work on the Pilot Plant and identification of equipment suppliers will continue in preparation for the start of construction.
