STV Group plc confirms receipt of loan note
STV today announces that it has received payment of the deferred consideration loan note (£5.0m plus interest of £0.7m) arising from the sale of Primesight on 30 October 2007. The receipt is in line with expectations and the funds will be used to reduce bank borrowings.
