Unilever PLC16 September 2005 UNILEVER TO CONDUCT STUDY INTO STRATEGIC OPTIONS FOR ITS EUROPEAN FROZEN FOODS BUSINESS Unilever has decided to undertake a study into strategic options for the futureof its frozen foods business in Western Europe. The study will encompass its main brands - Iglo, Findus and BirdsEye - and willcover the 11 Western European countries where Unilever is active in thiscategory. The Frozen Foods business has created considerable value forshareholders for a number of years.
