Quadnetics Group plc

Structural and Strategic Reorganisation

Results of Review of Operations by New CEO

Quadnetics Group plc ("Quadnetics"), a leader in the development, design, integration and control of advanced CCTV and networked video systems, is pleased to provide an update on the structural and strategic reorganisation that is being implemented by its recently appointed Chief Executive, John Shepherd.

On joining the Group in November 2008 John announced that he would review all operations to assess what changes may be necessary to maximise the opportunities open to the Group. The primary aim of the review was to determine which market sectors offer the best growth opportunities and to structure the business accordingly.

The new structure and strategic direction were implemented on 1st June 2009 at the start of the Company's new financial year.

New Divisional Structure

The reorganisation seeks to increase focus on the core vertical markets in which the Group is currently strong and where there are significant opportunities for expansion in terms of products, services and geographical reach. This has resulted in the creation of four customer-facing divisions;

Mobile Systems - bus, rail, haulage, emergency services

Industrial Systems - oil, gas, marine, heavy industry

Network Systems; and -   banking, gaming, high security,

Integration and Managed Services - government, retail

Central Technology and Strategic Marketing Functions

These divisions will be supported by a strong central focus on strategic development and sales and marketing, led by Russ Singleton as Strategic Development Director, to ensure that Quadnetics develops new leading edge products which have a sustainable market advantage with broad application in the chosen market sectors. Central management of these key Group-wide activities will ensure that Quadnetics maximises the return on its product and marketing investment and that the new divisions grow as quickly and profitably as possible.

Strengthening of Management Team

Quadnetics' senior management team has been strengthened by the recruitment of Graham Jones, as Divisional Managing Director of Mobile Systems, and Paul Moonan as Divisional Managing Director of Network Systems and Integration & Managed Services. Graham joins the Group from a large global security group where he was most recently Managing Director of their UK operations. Paul joins from G4S Group where he was Group Managing Director of G4S Security Services Limited.

Following the end of its financial year on 31 May, Quadnetics will provide a pre-close trading update on 7th July 2009.

John Shepherd, Chief Executive, commented:

"We are delighted to have been able to attract such talent as Graham and Paul to join our management team. The cutting-edge technology and global potential of Quadnetics are two prime reasons why I joined the Company. This business reorganisation and management appointments are designed to transform Quadnetics into a global leader in Surveillance and Security Systems."
