Sweett Group strengthens UK project management team

Sweett Group, the international property and infrastructure consultancy, is pleased to announce the strengthening of its UK project management team through two senior level appointments. The Group has appointed Colin Bartlett Senior Director with responsibility for the Group's project management service offering across London and the Southeast and Helen Pickering Project Director within its healthcare team.

Colin is based in London and has worked with Sweett Group since January 2006, acting as Account Director for Tesco, during which time he has been involved in the delivery of several large scale mixed-use developments including Streatham and Woolwich. Colin has 30 years of industry experience and holds a degree in architecture. In his role as Senior Director, Colin will be overseeing the development and growth of the Group's project management services across the Southeast of England.

Helen is also based in London and has worked with Sweett Group since 2004, first joining the Group as a Graduate after studying at Bath University. Helen has been involved in many of the Group's health sector projects, including South East Midlands LIFT and St Bernard's Hospital. She also has experience of working with PFI and Procure 21+ schemes, including supporting Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals in the implementation of its Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Clinical Strategy across North London.
