Strengthening of Property Division Board

Sigma, the finance, property and urban regeneration specialist, is pleased to announce that it has strengthened the operational board of its Property Division with the promotion of Graeme Dunlop to Land and Development Director. This appointment reflects both Graeme's in-depth experience of residential development projects and the significant increase in work in progress in the Property Division.

Graeme started working at Sigma in 2011 to support its work on the Winchburgh project, the residential development eight miles west of Edinburgh with a total development value of £1 billion. The Group has announced separately today that it has signed a major new contract for the next phase of its involvement with the Winchburgh Development, managing the first stage of the project implementation phase.

Graeme was previously Land Director for Redrow Homes Scotland, the major residential and mixed use property developer, where he specialised in the identification and acquisition of land across Central Scotland for residential development. Prior to Redrow, he worked at Bett Homes, part of the Gladedale Group, the UK house builder and construction company, as Senior Land Manager for four years. His role at Bett Homes included managing joint venture and partnership projects and delivering of social housing opportunities.

CEO of Sigma, Graham Barnet, commented,

"Having previously worked with Sigma on the Winchburgh development, Graeme joined the Group to help to move the project to the implementation phase and we have now signed a major new management contract for the first stage of implementation.

Our Property Division is seeing exciting growth in its pipeline of opportunities and Graeme's promotion to the divisional board will support the business as we seek to capitalise on its growth potential."
