UPDATE REGARDING G.C HEVRON CAPITAL LTD PROPOSAL

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today, further to its previous announcements dated July 9, 2021, July 12, 2021 and July 14, 2021, regarding G.C Hevron Capital Ltd's proposal ("Hevron Capital" and "Hevron Capital's Proposal", respectively), its announcement dated July 27, 2021, regarding L.I.A Pure Capital Ltd's proposal ("L.I.A's Proposal) and its announcement dated July 30, 2021, regarding Zero One Capitl Ltd's proposal ("Zero One's Proposal"); that the Company received a revised proposal from Hevron Capital ("Hevron Capital Revised Proposal").

Hevron Capital Revised Proposal is attached as an appendix to this announcement.

It shall be clarified that the Company has summoned a bondholders meeting, on August 1, 2021 at 13:30, in order to discuss the proposals and receive the Company's bondholders position regarding these proposals.
