Strategic relationship with Bosch Software Innovations

ServicePower (AIM: SVR), a market leader in field management, announces a new relationship with Bosch Software Innovations to enhance ServicePower's Machine to Machine (M2M) Connected Services offering.

Bosch Software Innovations' Suite encompassing M2M, Business Process and Business Rules Management interfaces to fielded sensors at ServicePower client sites. Data is collected from IP-enabled devices then wirelessly sent to ServicePower's M2M Connected Services software where it forms a unified view of operations that can be used for analysis, forecasting, resources allocation, planning and timely decision making. With the in-licensing of the patented Bosch IP, ServicePower has the ability to provide a market leading offering in this space.

ServicePower's extended M2M Connected Services offering enables clients to proactively identify failure or 'need' in IP-enabled devices, triggering subsequent intelligent field service events, such as maintenance, repair, restocking, or inspections. These "Connected" Services also enables field organizations to build partnerships with profitable customers, providing self-service information as well as timely and accurate billing as a result of real-time connected device data. First user cases are beginning this quarter with existing ServicePower customers.
