Strategic Partnership with NRLA

RentGuarantor (AIM: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK1 private rental sector, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a two-year strategic partnership contract with the National Residential Landlords Association (the "NRLA"), with effect from 11 February 2026.

Under the terms of the partnership, the NRLA and RentGuarantor will create a co-supported education and training programme, aimed at helping landlords to manage risk and protect their rental income in light of the significant sector-wide changes proposed in the Renters' Rights Act. Additionally, the NRLA will promote the RentGuarantor service to its membership of over 111,000 landlords.

The NRLA is the principal membership body and trade association for private residential landlords in England and Wales, representing the interests of landlords and providing guidance and resources. As an existing 'Recognised Supplier' for the NRLA, RentGuarantor is amongst its approved service providers. The strategic partnership builds on this existing relationship.
