Universe Group, (UNG.L) the AIM listed retail and loyalty systems provider, today announces it has entered into a strategic partnership with RAPP (formerly known as WWAV Rapp Collins/Identex).
Universe Group's wholly owned subsidiary, HTEC, has reached the agreement with Rapp, to revitalise existing loyalty programmes by implementing a groundbreaking new approach.
The industry's traditional 'points mean prizes' is losing lustre due to outdated operational systems, lack of customer satisfaction and diminishing returns. HTEC and Rapp's approach combines real-time, trigger-driven operational schemes with insight-led campaign management.
Universe Group will leverage Rapp's presence in the data mining space and its customer base to reach a wider audience, whilst Rapp will benefit from Universe Group's experienced track record in the implementation and operation of loyalty systems.
The new state-of-the-art loyalty systems will be offered to both HTEC and Rapp's combined customer base over the coming months.
