Be Heard is pleased to announce that it has made a strategic investment in Digital Delivery Consulting Limited (trading as 3pointsDigital "3PD") a digital transformation consultancy which supports C-Suite executives in framing their approach on how best to benefit from the digital revolution.

Following a successful partnership with several clients, it became apparent that a formal arrangement would enable both businesses to offer a broader and more comprehensive service offering to current and future clients. For Be Heard, 3PD should prove to be a significant source of new business engagements and further expand the range of services the Group can offer to clients, whilst for 3PD, Be Heard provides access to comprehensive, high-quality delivery capabilities.

The strategic investment consists of a £320,000 cash payment for 20% of the voting equity of 3PD. Pleasingly, as at the end of May 2019 the new business wins secured via 3PD has on a revenue basis more than paid back the cash investment.
