Strategic alliance formed to accelerate global expansion in counter terror and environmental protection
Eruma plc, the AIM traded specialist provider of counter terrorism and intruder prevention products and intelligent emergency lighting, has signed a memorandum of understanding ('MOU') with Pentagon Protection plc ('Pentagon Protection'), an AIM traded global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection. The MOU will see the formation of a strategic partnership between Eruma and Pentagon, that will aim to jointly develop business globally within the counter terrorism and environmental protection markets which are worth in excess of £30 billion per annum. Eruma and Pentagon will promote each others products, collaborate on joint bids and share sales leads, market intelligence and key contacts.
Eruma CEO Wayne Money said, "We have worked with Pentagon Protection on a number of successful bids both in the UK and overseas, our product sets are complementary and we believe our combined offering is a market leader in counter terrorism protection.
