(NYSE:BR), a leading global provider of technology-driven solutions for financial firms and corporate issuers, today announces that they have formed a global alliance to address changing industry needs in the collateral management sector.
In recent years, several factors such as global regulatory changes, tighter liquidity, a move towards greater transparency and the increasing cost of collateral have prompted firms to rethink their approach to collateral management. In response to these changing market dynamics, this strategic partnership will, combine Lombard Risk's best-in-class technology with Broadridge's industry-leading applications and infrastructure.
