Tesco PLC19 January 2005 TESCO PLC Samsung Tesco Homeplus to acquire twelve Aram Mart stores in South Korea Samsung Tesco Homeplus today announced it will acquire twelve stores from AramMart Ltd. which operates in and around Pusan, South West Korea.
