Peel Land and Property Investments Plc £250,000,000 8.375% First Mortgage Debenture Stock 2040 (ISIN: GB0006783558) (the "Debentures")
The Company announces that on 7 December 2020 it cancelled £46,785,778 of the Debentures, which had previously been acquired by the Company.
As a result, there remains £203,214,222 Debentures in issue.
