Peel Land and Property Investments Plc £250,000,000 8.375% First Mortgage Debenture Stock 2026 (ISIN: GB0006783558) (the "Debentures")
The Company announces that on 16 November 2020 it acquired £15,005,428 of the Debentures at an average price of 100.63.
This has resulted in the Company holding £39,000,000 of the Debentures in total representing 15.60% of the Debentures then in issue.
The Debentures held by the Company have not been cancelled at the present time.
