Preliminary discussions with Loan Note Holders of Digitek

Peer TV notes the recent substantial movement in its share price and confirms that it has commenced preliminary discussions regarding a debt to equity conversion with key loan note holders of Digitiek SMT Assemblies Limited ("Digitek"). Discussions are at an early stage and no definitive terms have been agreed, nor can there be any certainty that such an agreement will be reached. Peer TV currently owns 64.12% of Digitek, any agreement may see Peer TV's interest in Digitek being materially reduced. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
