Reversus PLC09 February 2005 Reversus PLC ("Reversus" or "the Company") Share price movement The board of Reversus has noted the rise in the Company's share price and is notaware of any reason for this movement. Reversus is a cash shell with no operating activities and at 30 June 2004 hadnet assets of £572k. As announced on 22 December 2004, the Board is inadvanced discussions with one potential acquisition target.
