D1 Oils Plc14 June 2007 Statement re Share Price Movement 15 June 2007 D1 Oils plc (D1), the UK-based global producer of biodiesel, has noted therecent rise in the Company's share price and market speculation. On 1 February 2007 the Board stated that it was continuing negotiations begun in2006 with certain parties. As previously announced, a non-binding Memorandum ofUnderstanding regarding a strategic collaboration has been agreed. The Boardbelieves that these discussions are now reaching an advanced stage, though therecan be no certainty that any transaction will be forthcoming.
