Future Internet Technologies PLC21 October 2005 The board of Future Internet Technologies Plc has noted the recent movement inthe company's share price. The board confirms that it is in discussions inrespect of an acquisition, which, if concluded would constitute a reversetakeover in accordance with the AIM rules. There can be no certainty that thediscussions will be successfully completed. The board will issue a furtherupdate within one month of the date of this announcement and in the meantime hasapplied for the temporary suspension of dealings in the Ordinary Shares.
