STATEMENT RE SHARE PRICE MOVEMENT

The Board of Alpha Pyrenees Trust notes the recent movements in the Trust's share price and confirms that it is not aware of any material operational developments in connection with the Trust since the publication of the Interim Management Statement on 17 May 2012 (http://www.alphapyreneestrust.com/media/PR12/2012-05-17%20APT%20Interim%20Management%20Statement.pdf).

The Board will continue to monitor the Trust's operational and share price performance and will make further announcements as appropriate.
