The programmecommences on 1st December 2016 and runs up to 7am Monday 23rd January 2017. Any acquisitions will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and inaccordance with both the Company's general authority to repurchase sharesand Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules which requires that the maximum pricepaid to be limited to no more than 105 per cent of the average middlemarket closing price of the Company's shares for the 5 dealing dayspreceding the date of purchase.
