ABG has recently been served with proceedings brought by a London law firm acting on behalf of a small group of Tanzanian individuals. The proceedings are at a very early stage, and no findings of fact whatsoever have been made by any Court. ABG believes that these proceedings are without merit, and intends to vigorously defend its interests.
