(the "Notes")

Further to the announcement in respect of the Class A1 Reset made by the Issuer on 14 July 2020 with RNS number 9709S, the Issuer confirms that it has received a Rating Confirmation from each Rating Agency in respect of the Class A1 Reset and the Class A1 Reset has today (17 August 2020) become effective. A copy of the new confirmation that forms part of the Class A1 Swap Agreement can be found at the following website:
