Amlin PLC06 February 2008 AMLIN PLC PRESS RELEASE For immediate release 6th February 2008 STATEMENT RE: TONY HOLT Tony Holt, Amlin's Underwriting Director, is undertaking some medical treatmentwhich necessitates him taking a few months off work. In his absence, Simon Bealeand Brian Carpenter, currently Divisional Underwriters of Amlin's MarineDivision and UK Commercial Division respectively, will jointly assume Tony'sUnderwriting Director responsibilities. Duncan Dale will assume day to day responsibility for the management of ourNon-marine insurance / specialty classes and Kevin Allchorne will assumeresponsibility for our reinsurance classes.
