Statement re: Suspension
The Company has today requested a suspension of its shares pending publication of its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007.
The Company's auditors have yet to conclude their audit review of the Company's consolidated Accounts as some audit evidence from subsidiaries, particularly those acquired this year, has not been provided within the scheduled programme.
This delay is purely administrative and as the audit review is near completion we can confirm that the very positive trend shown in the interim Announcement has continued in the second period.
The Company intends to publish the annual audited accounts before the 18th of July.
