Daniel Stewart Securities plc ("Daniel Stewart" or "the Company")

Suspension pending the appointment of new NOMAD

Daniel Stewart, the investment bank offering corporate advisory, institutional stockbroking and wealth management services, notes the suspension of their shares this morning pursuant to AIM Rule 1.

The Company is however in final discussions with a new Nominated Adviser and expects that it will be able to conclude the appointment and therefore have the suspension lifted during the course of next week.
