The Board of Infinity notes the sharp increase in the Company's share price this morning. The Board is not aware of any reason for the price movement.
The Company continues to have very limited cash resources and is dependent on the continued financial support of its major shareholder. The Company is planning to raise funding to provide additional capital to pursue its investing policy. A further announcement will be made in due course.
