The Berkeley Group Holdings plc Return of Capital
The Berkeley Group Holdings plc announces that the 2006 B Shares will be redeemed today. The redemption proceeds of ‚£2.00 per 2006 B Share will be credited to CREST accounts or paid by cheque (as appropriate) to the first named holder that appeared on the relevant register of members of The Berkeley Group Holdings plc at the close of business on 29 December 2006.
