NEW LOOK FOR LIGHTHOUSE For Immediate Release 27 May 2005Lighthouse Group PLC, one of the UK's largest independent financial advisergroups, announces the launch of a new logo and the rationalisation of brandnames across the Group's operations.In recent years Lighthouse has developed a number of very successful divisionsand now operates a national firm, a network, as well as a franchise operation.The new branding has been designed to encompass each of these divisions in sucha way as to demonstrate the full scale and range of the Group's activities.The Group brand name will remain Lighthouse, with an updated logo, butsubsidiary brand names will in future also carry the Group brand.Accordingly the following changes will take place: * LIGHTHOUSETEMPLE will become the new name for Temple Financial Planning, the Group's national IFA. * LIGHTHOUSEXPRESS will become the new name for Berkeley Wodehouse Associates (`BWA'), the Group's network operation which supports virtually all the Group's regulated activities. * LIGHTHOUSEWEALTH will become the new name for Lighthouse Independent Financial Advisers which provides services to high net worth individuals * LIGHTHOUSECORPORATE will become the new name for Lighthouse Corporate Benefits. The new logo for all members of Lighthouse Group is shown in the attacheddocument and at the top of this release.The brand change will occur on 1 November 2005, to facilitate the necessaryregulatory changes and to enable the orderly run down of stationery. LighthouseGroup PLC will however change to its new identity with immediate effect.Commenting on the changes, Lighthouse Group Chief Executive Malcolm Streatfieldsaid, `Lighthouse is one of the largest IFA Groups in the country but theprevious diversity of names and logos meant that many people were unaware ofthe size and strength of the whole Group.`Creating a strong, clean new branding that can be applied across all ouroperations and member firms will reinforce market awareness of Lighthouse.
