Realisation of investment in Tottel Publishing Limited
The Board is pleased to announce that Matrix Income & Growth 4 VCT plc has fully realised its investment in Tottel Publishing, the specialist publisher of legal and tax titles. Tottel Publishing was sold to the Bloomsbury Publishing Group returning total proceeds to the Company of £950,000 over the life of the investment, compared to an original cost of £235,200.
The £48,268 excess of proceeds above the most recent valuation of £685,216 is equivalent to a 0.24 p increase in the Company's net asset value.
The Board intends to announce the Company's unaudited net asset value as at 31 July 2009 as part of the Half-Yearly results announcements by the end of September 2009.
