Production resumed after termination of Union blockade Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:UME) (LSE:UGY)announces that during the course of last week, the Uruguayan Labour and SocialSecurity Ministry, the Metallurgical Union and Uruguay Mineral Exploration Inc.completed negotiations to resolve the labour conflict which resulted in theblockade of the Company's operations being lifted during Saturday 26th of April.Operations recommenced on the same day at approximately 2:00 pm. Production lost as a result of the dispute is estimated to be 2,500 ounces.Forecast full year production for the 2007/08 financial year has been reduced to92,500 ounces.
