Huntsworth PLC04 July 2005 4 July 2005 Statement re press comment Following recent press speculation, the Board of Huntsworth PLC confirms that itis conducting a strategic review which may lead to the sale of some of itsmarketing services and specialist advertising businesses to Media Square plc.These talks are at an early stage. The strategic review, the conclusions of which are expected to be announced withthe interim results in the Autumn, will also include proposals for the futurecomposition of the Board and the senior management of the Group.
