Possible Offer and Rule 2.10 announcement The Board of ANGLE confirms that it has received an approach which may or maynot lead to an offer being made for the Company. The indicative proposal letterenvisages a price of 60.0 pence for each ANGLE ordinary share and that theconsideration would be satisfied in full by the issue of new ordinary shares inthe acquiring company. The Board of ANGLE, which is being advised by Collins Stewart Europe Limited, isevaluating the approach on its merits, currently on a non-exclusive basis, andwill update shareholders accordingly. The Board wishes to stress that there canbe no certainty that this approach will lead to an offer being made for theCompany. A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate. The Board remains focused on creating shareholder value, principally byenhancing the value of its existing portfolio of investee companies. The Boardremains optimistic as to ANGLE's prospects for the foreseeable future.
