The Board of World Trade Systems plc announces that the discussions with Pharmaceuticals company operating in China and the Far East and referred to in the announcement dated 6 May 2010 have been terminated but all efforts are being made to identify alternative suitable business opportunities for the Company. In the meantime application is being made to the UK Listing Authority to restore the Company's listing.
