Partnership Discussions
The Guinness Partnership Limited ("TGPL") has entered into partnership talks with Shepherds Bush Housing Association ("SBHA"). This week the respective Boards agreed to progress detailed due diligence, with the aim of moving into a group structure (SBHA becoming a subsidiary of TGPL) in the autumn of this year. The partnership will be subject to further approval by both Boards and the approval of SBHA shareholders.
TGPL is a community benefit society with registered number 31693R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing with number 4729. SBHA is a community benefit society with registered number 16442R and registered as a Registered Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing with number LH0050.
