Development Securities PLC22 November 2006 Development Securities PLC receives Resolution to Grant planning at Oriental City Development Securities announces today that the London Borough of Brentplanning committee yesterday unanimously resolved to grant detailed planningconsent for the redevelopment of Oriental City at 399 Edgware Road, London,NW9. The mixed-use development at Colindale will include 300,000 sq ft of grossinternal retail and 340,000 net saleable sq ft / 520 units of private andaffordable housing, along with associated retail and residential car parking. An 80,000 sq ft primary school for 420 pupils will also be included within thescheme.
