7 January 2014 CRYSTAL AMBER FUND LIMITED (the `Company') Statement regarding Non-Mainstream Pooled Investment Products The Board of Directors has sought legal advice on the impact of the rulespublished by the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") in relation to themarketing of Non-Mainstream Pooled Investment Products. Based on this advicethe Board believes that the Company's shares are excluded from the FCA'srestrictions which apply to Non-Mainstream Pooled Investment Products becausethe returns to investors are, and are expected to continue to be, predominantlybased on the returns from shares.
