Dublin, 14 October, 2013 | Green REIT plc, ("Green REIT" or the "Company"), the Irish property investment company, notes recent media speculation and confirms that it is in exclusive discussions with Danske Bank Ireland and Grant Thornton Ireland in regard to the potential acquisition, by the Company, of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. There can be no certainty that any transaction will occur.
