Update on MBC Auction

LSA has been notified of the timetable in relation to the sale of the Mutual Benefits Keep Policy Trust ("MBC") by auction under the judicially approved sale process referred to in its Interim Statement dated 27 September 2022 (the "MBC Auction"). It has been confirmed that the MBC Auction will take place on 8 December 2022.

LSA notes this positive development towards resolving a longstanding issue for the business. It will continue to keep shareholders updated on further developments and their implications for LSA.
