Management Changes

Atlas Mara Limited (the "Company" or the "Group"), the sub-Saharan Africa banking group, today announces that Sanjeev Anand, Managing Director for Retail and Commercial Banking and Chidi Okpala, Managing Director for Digital and Fintech, will depart the Company to pursue other interests effective October 31, 2018. 

The Company is very grateful to Sanjeev and Chidi for their service and dedication to the Company and wishes both of them success in their future endeavors.

The Company also announces new appointments of: Arjan Molenkamp, Chief Operating Officer, of Atlas Mara and, subject to regulatory approval, Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Mara subsidiary African Banking Corporation Holdings Limited; Ronald Webb, Chief Digital Officer of Atlas Mara; and Manfred Kuhn, Chief Data Officer of Atlas Mara.
